Mark was instrumental in establishing Brighton's Academy as one of the most productive within the Premier League where developed top talent including Ireland international Aaron Connelly, former England U17-20 players Alex Cochrane, Haydon Roberts, Teddy Jenks, and Ryan Longman.

Most notably he helped bring through Evan Ferguson, Andy Moran, Cameron Pepiuon and Odel Offiah to make their premier league debuts.

Now, as Head of Elite Coaching at SHOT, Mark is aiming to bring through the next generation of elite talent across girl's and boy's (through to women's and men's) football.
